RL sandboxes end to end - the plane behind create_sandbox_env, fork_sandbox, and sandbox_exec. Measured by a real environment baked, one sandbox forked from it, a command run inside the fork with its output read back, and the fork deleted - every step through the same calls customers make. Nodes and jobs run on separate machines and are independent of this bar.
