Nodes
Creating a node and waking a stopped one with its files intact. Measured hourly by a real node driven through the same handlers a customer's calls ride: create the smallest node, write a marker file, stop it, move its disk to durable storage, wake it through the restore path, read the marker back. Green means a stopped node just woke with its files intact. A sold-out fleet stays green - a full queue is healthy, not an incident.
